Next Day Delivery/Named UK Delivery (Tracked 24) is available on all orders placed before 11am Monday To Saturday (excluding bank holidays) for £6.99
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is available on all items for £4.99 and is free for any orders above £30.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally arrives the following working day however this is dependent on the Royal Mail and can take around 2 working days at busy times or bank holidays. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.

All Deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked service and the Tracking information will be sent to you. We cannot guarantee delivery on exact days but will aim for your preferred date.

Non-Personalized Items
If you wish to return a non-personalized item, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

Return Address:

Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were sent out. This means they must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Timeframe:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Shipping Method:
- Returns must be sent using a tracked service to ensure the safe delivery of the item. We recommend retaining proof of postage until the refund process is complete.

Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, if it is found to be in good condition, a refund will be processed for the item’s purchase price, excluding any delivery charges. We will notify you of approval and refunds will be available within 5 working days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
- A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Personalized Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any personalized items. All sales of personalized products are final due to their unique nature.

Shipping returns
Return Shipping:
- Customers may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of The Happy Gift Company (e.g. wrong item shipped) If this is the case, please e-mail us with a photo of the product at info@thehappygiftcompany.com and we will organise a collection for you.
